This guide walks you through the steps to go from a fresh AIdapt account to your first conversation insights.

Step 1: Log in to AIdapt

Navigate to your AIdapt instance and log in with the credentials provided by your administrator.

Step 2: Connect your data source

Before you can see any insights, AIdapt needs access to your conversation data.

Go to Settings → Data Sources and select your platform (e.g. Parloa AMP, IBM Watsonx, or another supported connector). Follow the setup guide for your platform:

Step 3: Import your first conversations

Once your data source is connected, trigger your first import. Depending on your platform, AIdapt will pull in recent conversation transcripts automatically.

Imports typically complete within a few minutes. However, if you are importing a large volume of conversations at once, processing may take longer. You will receive a notification once it is done.

Step 4: Explore the Dashboard

Head to the Dashboard to see your first insights:

• An overview of conversation quality scores
• Your current KPIs (e.g. handover rate, automation rate)
• A list of recent conversations with summaries
