Projects are the core organizational unit in AIdapt. Each project connects to one AI agent deployment — for example, a specific Parloa bot — and contains all the conversations, metrics, and analysis settings for that agent.
⚠️ Projects are created and deleted by your logen.ai account manager. Contact them if you need a new project set up or an existing one removed.
Each project has the following settings, which are visible from the project settings screen:

| Tags | Labels to help organize and filter projects |
When auto-import is enabled, AIdapt periodically fetches new conversations from the connected platform without any manual action. This keeps your data and analysis up to date.
For platforms that support incremental imports (Parloa AMP via Transcript API), only conversations since the last import are fetched — so the process stays fast regardless of total conversation volume.

Use the project selector in the navigation to switch between projects. All screens — the Conversation List, KPI Dashboard, and Custom Metrics — show data for the currently selected project.
