This guide explains how to connect AIdapt to Parloa RBA (Rule-Based Agent).

Option A: Analytics Database (recommended)

The primary import method connects directly to the Parloa RBA analytics database. This supports automatic scheduled imports and can pull the full conversation history available in your analytics database.

What you need:

• Analytics Database URI — the connection string to your Parloa RBA analytics database. Your Parloa administrator or IT team can provide this.

Setup:

Contact your logen.ai administrator and provide the Analytics Database URI. Once configured, AIdapt will pull in conversations automatically on a schedule.

Option B: Conversation History API

If you do not have direct access to the analytics database, AIdapt can alternatively import specific conversations via Parloa's Conversation History API.

What you need:

• Conversation History Token — a Bearer token for the Parloa conversation history API (available in your Parloa account settings)
• A CSV file listing the conversation IDs you want to import

Setup:

Contact your logen.ai administrator and provide both the Conversation History Token and the CSV list of conversation IDs to import.

⚠️ No scheduled imports — Automatic recurring imports are not supported with this method. Each import must be triggered manually by a logen.ai administrator.

⚠️ Data retention limit — Imports via the Conversation History API can go back up to 30 days only.

No analytics database available?

If neither of the above options is feasible for your setup, logen.ai can arrange a direct connection to your Parloa RBA instance. This requires a custom setup — please speak to your logen.ai contact to discuss this option.
