This guide explains how to connect AIdapt to Parloa AMP (Agentic Management Platform). There are two connection methods depending on your use case.
The Transcript API connects directly to Parloa's Conversation Store and is the preferred method for regular, continuous imports.
What you need:

Contact your logen.ai administrator to configure the Transcript API connector for your conversation model. Provide them with your Client ID and Client Secret.
â ī¸ Data retention limit â Parloa's Conversation Store only retains unanonymized conversation data for the last 30 days. If you need to import older historical data, see Option B below for the initial setup.
Delta Sharing connects to Parloa's Data Hub and is best suited for importing a larger historical dataset â for example, when setting up AIdapt for the first time.

Delta Sharing imports must be set up by a logen.ai administrator, as switching the connector type on an existing conversation model is not currently supported in the frontend. Please reach out to your logen.ai contact to arrange this.
â ī¸ Anonymized data â All conversations exposed through Parloa's Delta Sharing are fully anonymized. This means any historical data imported via this method will not contain personally identifiable information, regardless of age.
âšī¸ No direct connection available? If you can access your Data Hub but cannot establish a live connection, a logen.ai administrator can perform a one-time import using a manually downloaded Delta Sharing CSV export.
